How is Arts on the River managed?

Managing Snow Hill’s Arts & Entertainment District is the responsibility of SHARP which is carried out by the Arts on the River Committee.

The Arts on the River Committee membership includes local artists, owners of local art and entertainment businesses, representatives from the Worcester County Arts Council, the Snow Hill Middle School, the Snow Hill Branch of the Worcester County Library, the Town of Snow Hill and community members.

The committee sets goals and objectives to assure compliance with State requirements and oversees the planning and management of district events and projects.
